Harvested in the lush tea fields of Uji - Japan’s most renowned matcha region - our leaves are shade-grown for 3–4 weeks before harvest, enriching amino acids like L-theanine for natural sweetness and umami. After hand-picking, the leaves are steamed, dried, and stone-ground slowly into a fine, vibrant green powder.
